What this service provides

Remodaro provides planning information and optional contact-request tools. We are not the contractor for your project. Cost ranges are illustrative planning models with regional adjustments where available, not binding quotations, inspections, engineering plans or guarantees of availability.

Your project decisions

Confirm measurements, materials, site conditions, permits and applicable licensing with qualified providers and local authorities before committing to work. A contractor agreement is separate from using this site. Remodaro does not guarantee a contractor’s price, schedule or workmanship.

Using the site

Use accurate information and submit only requests you are authorized to make. Do not submit another person’s contact information without permission, misuse forms, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.

Contact requests and cost

The planning tool and any enabled matching request are free to homeowners. Contractor work is not free. Quote visits are described as free only for providers whose configured offer supports that claim. A request does not guarantee a match or appointment.

Availability and limitations

Information and availability can change. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that every estimate will match an eventual quote. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
